Ingredients

HSO Probiotic Blend: Saccharomyces boulardii, Organic Barley Grass, Organic Oat Grass, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus subtilis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus brevis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus paracasei; Ionic Plant Based Minerals. Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose (capsule), organic rice (hull). Probiotics are cultured in dairy, which is generally consumed during the fermentation process. Contains no artificial colors or preservatives.

How to use

Adults begin with 1 capsule per day with 8oz. Of water and gradually increase to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Not intended for children.
