The product contains a high portion of L-citrulline, L-arginine and beta-alanine, with black pepper extract ( Piper nigrum L.) and B vitamins (niacin, vitamin B6, thiamin and vitamin B12).
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue as well as to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Niacin and thiamin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation.

L-citrulline, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, flavorings, beta-alanine, acidity regulator – citric acid; sodium citrate, color – E 150d (for xplosive cola flavor); anti-caking agent – silicone dioxide; sweeteners – acesulfame K, sucralose; nicotinamide – niacin, black pepper fruit extract ( Piper nigrum L.), cyanocobalamin – vit. B12, pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, thiamin hydrochloride – vit. B1, colors: carotenes (A), carmine (B), riboflavins (C), E 150c (D), E 150d (E), E 133 (F), patent blue V (G), indigo carmine (H), chlorophylls and chlorophyllins (I), curcumin (J), anthocyanins (K), paprika extract (L), betanin (M), vegetable carbon (N).

How to use
Take 1 portion (8.8 g of powder) daily about 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (8.8 g = 2½ scoops) to 250 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Warnings
Not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women or in case of hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient. Some individuals may experience a sensation of tingling or numbness after consumption. This is a temporary effect which is attributed to strong effect of beta-alanine. It does not affect health. Keep out of reach of children. Permissible lumping of a product does not affect quality of the product.
