Ingredients

Glucosamine sulfate 2KCl (from crustaceans), chondroitin sulfate, Boswellia serrata resin extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), L-ascorbic acid – vit. C, sodium hyaluronate, bulking agent ­– microcrystalline cellulose; manganese bisglycinate (amino acid chelate Albion^™), anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule – gelatine.

How to use

It is recommended to use for 2-3 months and then if needed again after 1-2 months break.
