Suggested use
Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily as needed with food.

MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), softgel capsule (bovine gelatin (bse-free), glycerin, water, carob), sunflower lecithin and beeswax.
MCT oil from coconut/palm kernel oil.
