How to use

Mix 2 scoops (20g) with 200-300ml of water, fruit juice or add to your favourite hot drink. Simply stir and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably with breakfast or after exercise.
Helpful Tip: Mixing Collagen Peptides with room-temperature water may improve mixability.
