Suggested use
Adults take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day on a empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional. Do not take at the same time of day as minerals or medications.
Other ingredients
Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
