Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a modified form of the Omega-6 fatty acid, Linoleic Acid. The term CLA, refers to a mixture of fatty acids that have the general structure of linoleic acid. CLA is found naturally in the diet, the same as Linoleic Acid is, but the two are not to be considered the same thing. Linoleic acid is necessary for normal growth and development in human’s and is essential that we get it through our diet.

RECOMMENDED USE

As a dietary supplement, consume 1 softgel capsule daily, preferably with meals.

Store bag tightly closed between 5-30°C (41-86°F). Keep away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. Do not store the product for more than 6 months after opening.
