Ingredients

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Iron (as ferrous glycinate), Magnesium (from CTM, magnesium glycinate), Chloride (from CTM, sodium and pot. Chloride), Sodium (from sodium chloride, CTM), Potassium (as potassium citrate, potassium chloride), ConcenTrace ^® Trace Minerals (CTM), Sulfate (from CTM), Kelp extract (Laminaria digitata), taurine, Alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa), Boron (from CTM, boron citrate). Other ingredients: Croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC), stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose.

How to use

Take 4-6 tablets daily depending on activity, divided with meals and before and after periods of physical activity. Take with large amounts of fluid.

Warnings
