Ingredients

Melatonin. Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Ethyl Alcohol (as preservative), Natural Berry Flavor with other Natural Flavors, Stevia Extract (Reb A), Citric Acid.

How to use

Shake well before each use. Adults, take 2 teaspoons (10 mL), 30 minutes before bedtime. May be taken directly.
