Ingredients

Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), medium chain triglyceride oil, flavouring (natural peppermint oil), antioxidant (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate [vitamin E]).

How to use

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.

Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.

Replace the cap after use.

Warnings

If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) only take this product on the advice of a doctor. Not suitable for children under 3. We do not recommend supplementing vitamin K2 during pregnancy unless advised to do so by your health practitioner. While this doesn't mean that K2 is unsafe during pregnancy, for some women it may be unsuitable and for this reason we do not recommend supplementing vitamin K2 during this time.  However, taking vitamin K2 during breastfeeding is fine. We always recommend speaking to your medical professional before starting any dietary supplements if you are on any medications or have any medical conditions. People with a rare metabolic condition called Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency should avoid vitamin K.  People who are receiving dialysis for kidney diseases can have harmful effects from too much vitamin K.
