How to use

Drink 1 serving (12.5 ml = 1/2 ampoule) once a day before training or physical activity. One ampoule contains 2 servings. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Shake well before use. Consult your doctor, dietician or sexologist before use.
