Ingredients

Calcium (as calcium carbonate), Iron (as ferrous glycinate), Magnesium (From Concentrace®, Mg oxide), Chloride (From Concentrace®, KCl), Sodium (as sodium citrate, Concentrace®), Potassium (from potassium chloride), Low Sodium Concentration® A concentrated complex of full-spectrum ionic trace minerals, Kelp (Laminaria Digitata), Alfalfa leaf powder (Medicago Sativa), Boron (as boron citrate, Concentrace®). Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, croscarmellose sodium, and cellulose (from the coating).

How to use

For regular use, take 1-3 tablets daily. Products high in magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, reduce the number of tablets per serving. Keep product sealed in a cool, dry place to prevent premature tablet breakdown.
