We use pure berberine from the Indian barberry tree—an economical, environmentally sustainable source. We supercharge berberine’s insulin-supporting properties with the addition of true Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), the only form of cinnamon scientifically validated for supporting healthy blood sugar. Suggested use
