Ingredients

Magnesium bisglycinate (as magnesium amino acid chelate Albion™), anti-caking agent – magnesium oxide; maltodextrin, anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride – vit. B6, capsule – gelatine.

How to use

1 capsule daily – after a meal or approx. 1 hour before sleep, drinking with a large amount of water.
