Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two times per day with water.
Other ingredients
Gelatin, vitamin D3 beadlets [modified food starch, sucrose, sodium ascorbate crystalline, medium- chain triglycerides (palm), silica, dl-alpha tocopherol] microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), calcium laurate.
