Complex composition of easily absorbed mineral components in the form of chelates**. It supplements the diet with important nutrients. This product is designed for physically active people, especially for sportsmen.
Ingredients
magnesium bisglycinate** (magnesium amino acid chelate), magnesium oxide, calcium bisglycinate** (calcium amino acid chelate), potassium chloride, calcium carbonate, zinc bisglycinate** (zinc amino acid chelate), bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; manganese bisglycinate** (manganese amino acid chelate), sodium selenite, ferrous bisglycinate** (iron amino acid chelate), copper bisglycinate** (copper amino acid chelate), chromium (III) chloride, potassium iodide, capsule (gelatine, colour: E 132).

How to use
take 1 capsule daily after main meal, drinking with large amount of water.
Warnings
not suitable for pregnant, breastfeeding women and children. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not take together with mineral products containing the same ingredients, in particular zinc and manganese.
Unopened, keep in a dry and cool place. Keep out of reach of children.
